Canoe Company offers walks on the Cher with several routes including the passage under the Chateau of Chenonceau and on the Loire between Amboise and Rochecorbon. The "Chenonceau walk" lasts about 2 hours for 7 km. Departure from St-Georges, lock at Chisseaux or portage, passage under the castle of Chenonceau. Canadian canoes (2 or 3 seater), life jackets.
